Training
Making sure your support staff is equipped with the knowledge to keep your test equipment up and running is critical to your success. Our maintenance classes are taught by service experts aimed at providing your support staff with the in-depth tester knowledge, troubleshooting and repair processes, and hands-on training to repair and resolve system hardware failures and ultimately maximize availability of your test floor.
Customer Care Center
Our Business Support Center provides 24x7 live assistance for parts ordering, technical support, and training registration. 8x5 live assistance is also available in local languages (German, Japanese, Korean) and 24x7 live assistance in Mandarin is available for parts ordering and technical support.
